Cabin 9 is a very special cabin - a showpiece in its own right. It was Dale and Grace's residence for decades and is now available at special request to trusted guests. Full of intricate carvings and hand-wrought iron work by The Angle's famous "philosophical hermit" Huston Lockwood, this cabin is a work of art everywhere you look. The pictures don't do it justice. With a large front porch, an extra fridge/freezer and tons of storage space, it's also spacious, functional and very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are "magical", to use Kellie's descriptions of her memories staying in them when visiting in her youth. The all-seasons porch facing The Post and the lake might just be the best view in the entire camp. We love hosting folks in this cabin, so be prepared for a conversation that also functions as a "trust-interview" of sorts. You'll understand why when you see the cabin.
